Transat presents Agent Direct’s new group quote tool

Montreal, October 1, 2014 – Transat is pleased to introduce its new, automatic group quote tool on Transat Holidays and Nolitours’ Agent Direct sites. Designed with the travel agent in mind, this tool is user-friendly and delivers quick results, making it easier than ever to request and obtain group quotes.

Whether it be for ITC south packages, air only, FIT portions or selected Europe products, the group quote request process has never been more efficient, thanks to the new system’s flexibility. It is now possible to modify a request and send it back, request multiple departure cities, destinations, hotels and room categories, and even view the quote history.

“We are thrilled to bring this technology to the market,” says Denise Heffron, VP Sales and Commercial. “Groups are such an important part of business today, and we are very excited to offer agents a tool that will help facilitate these bookings.”

The latest deals and promotions are also available on Agent Direct’s dedicated Groups Zone page, and will be updated regularly to make new offers easily accessible.

For more information, visit the Groups Zone homepage on Agent Direct.
